| Ritual Healing |
A ritual is a series of actions that are interpreted by the patient and the healer as having meaning and promote healing. These actions can be religious or not religious in nature. During the ritual of two things: 1) the patient / client (the patient) transmits power to promote healing or to allow healing, 2) the patient / client takes the power of healing and ritual to activate the healing mechanisms natural. Therefore, a "healing ritual" is a process of Western medicine, alternative medicine, Oriental, or shamanic healers use as part of their recovery or treatment program. While the ritual is often seen as part of an alternative, the process of shamanic healing, they are clearly part of the main base of Western allopathic medicine. This ritual was wrapped in the "science".
In Western medicine, the patient should call and make an appointment with the doctor, filling out forms, waiting in the waiting room until called, getting his weight, blood pressure, pulse and respiration taken, remove all clothing, sitting on the examination table and the doctor involved in the tunic of his profession of healing, a white blouse or shirt, put a stethoscope on the heart and lungs, throat looks and feels different parts of the body, and then made diagnosis. This is a kind of ritual that is expected by the patient. If this ritual is not, you can leave the patient feeling as if something were not done, as if the visit (ritual) is incomplete, and the healing that can block the healing process.
